We want Answova to be an easy yes, so our cancellation and refund terms are simple and fair.
Plans are billed monthly, in advance. A one time setup fee may apply at sign up, and it covers the work to build, brand, and launch your AI receptionist.
There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you like. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
New customers are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee on their first month. If Answova is not right for you within the first 14 days, contact us and we will refund your first month's plan fee.
Because the setup fee pays for work we perform up front, it is refundable within the first 14 days if we have not yet taken your receptionist live. Once your receptionist is live and answering calls, the setup fee is non refundable, since the work is complete.
